One of my favorite things is going 'treasure hunting' or 'thrifting.' Typically my sidekick, Ben, accompanies me on my journeys. I have a list of 'AlWaYs LoOkInG fOr' items (vintage linens & terry towels for repurposing, storage ideas, Pyrex {small addiction with the nesting mixing bowls}, and gently used boys clothes. I have been known to score GAP jeans with tags for $3.00/pair. I wanted to share what our finds were this week, along with keeping you updated on how I utilize them in our home or for the shop. Enjoy! Items purchased included:
3 Pottery Barn Teen pillows: Typically I am not a fan of purchasing pillows {too similar to stuffed animals which is a No No for us & the allergies}. However, I saw this set of 3 machine washable/dryable pillows (removable pillow cases). Both pillow forms & cases were washed in hot water & dryer. Like new! They are in the boys reading nook. $6.00 total. 7 plain wood napkin rings: Craft coming soon. I love using cloth napkins for dinner & am crafting some creative fabric covered rings. Photos coming soon! $1.00 total. 1 GAP button-up denim'ish shirt (in style right now): With tags attached. Wore it today with my ponte pants & shawl. Boots to boot! $1.88 total. 1 Vintage pillowcase: Nothing like vintage! $1.00 total. 1 Black 8 x 10 picture frame. Finally framed a piece of art that I have had for the craft room. $1.00 1 Vintage terry towel repurposed into 2 unique bibs (for sale in my etsy shop). $1.00 (pictured below)

Traci, Steve, William, & Benjamin, I'm so happy to see you taking time for each other! So many times after the holidays we all seem to want to hibernate, but not you guys! I wish we lived closer, to enjoy the great times with you!!
