We spent Saturday morning at Anson B. Nixon park & were thankful to have my cousin Katie there to snap these photos!

For those that have been waiting. . . {the 2-3 of you that read this silly blog}, I hope to have new pictures of the kitchen up soon!
Saturday was a full day for us! Steve completed the Tri-State Tough Mudder. It is a 12 mile obstacle course that involves a bunch of mud & water. The boys and I are so proud of him! We left the house at 5:45 am & got home at 6:00 pm. The event was in Englishtown, NJ {2.5 hours away}. After we got home, we headed to Cynthia & Tom's beautiful new home! What a fun-filled November day.
Just the other day, William was sharing that he almost left his jacket at school. He continued to tell me that he placed his jacket on the ground at recess so that he could help one of his friends that had fallen get up. Inside, I gasped. I was thinking of telling my almost 7 year-old that leaving his jacket at school would have been 'irresponsible.' However, the true lesson came to me; make sure to get the full story before you speak your mind & be proud that we are raising a very caring boy.
Birthday AdventureDavid received an adventurous birthday gift this past February that he finally decided to enjoy! A ride in a biplane . . . & Mom even got in on the fun! We hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we all enjoyed the day!
